About The Nursery
Healing Grounds seedlings are organic. We use organic seeds and 100% natural ingredients in our potting soils and fertilizers. We use organic nutrients to feed our seedlings including worm castings harvested from our own worm bins. Our worms are fed with pre-consumer green waste from Sojourner restaurant located in downtown Santa Barbara. Seedlings receive weekly applications of compost tea which provide beneficial micro-organisms as well as the full compliment of micro and macro nutrients that plants need to thrive.
Our organic seed stock includes “tried and true” varieties as well as heirloom and traditional varieties. You can purchase Healing Grounds seedlings in the Santa Barbara area at:
